Do I need to eliminate these for the carnivore diet? Are they allowed on the ketovore diet? Which ones might be problematic?

It all depends on the carb content. On carnivore I would only use the MCT oil on a regular basis. On occasion but rarely, I might use some thyme in a recipe. I will use ACV when I make biltong.

On ketovore you have to count the carbs in everything you eat so as long as you stay under 20 grams you should be good on most of that stuff.

The big exception would be the almond milk. There is no such thing as almond milk. There are no teats on an almond. All that junk is is seed oils. One of the worst things you can put in your body. Use cream, half and half or just whole milk. If you cans handle dairy and just have to have some kind of milk type product then use coconut milk. It still isn’t milk but at least it’s not a seed oil.

EVO isn’t too bad for a fruit oil but finding real EVO can be tricky. Do your research to find real EVO that hasn’t been cut with seed oils.

If you are going to do carnivore it’s best to just cut all of that stuff out and just eat and use animal fats, eat moderate protein, use salt liberally and drink water.

Strict carnivore most of your list is off limits but would move you into more of a ketogenic type diet. With ketogenic diets one would have to count carbs to keep them low. I have read less than 50 and less than 30, not sure which one is more accurate. I would guess the lesser the better.

Almond milk is a bad choice because it is straight seed oil and seed oils probably contribute to a chunk of what is wrong with the Standard American Diet.

But at the same time, find the path that works the best for you. if you need/want some of those things as you work yourself toward zero carbs/zero sugars, then by all means go with what works for you. When you move to lesser carbs and lesser sugars that has to be an improvement.

God luck as you find what works best for you.
