Hypercholesterolemia and osteoporosis

Recommended Posts

I don’t know of any studies on osteoporosis in regards to carnivore but I would imagine that a diet that rich in nutrients like carnivore would be beneficial. I wouldn’t think it could hurt.
Hypercholesterolemia is a normal condition for almost all carnivores. It’s a state we live in and we know that it’s a natural thing and healthy for us. There are numerous studies on it but you have to be careful which ones you want to believe in because most of them are agenda driven to promote a plant based diet.
Studies such as the The Minnesota Coronary Experiment 1968-1973,was the largest ever randomized controlled trial on the Diet Heart Hypothesis that lasted over 4 1/2 years.  9,000 men and women divided by half eating saturated fat and the other vegetable (seed) oils.  Both groups had the same amount of fat and it showed no differences in cardiovascular events or cardiovascular deaths but did notice that cancer was a lot higher in the low fat group.

There has never been a RCT that proves cholesterol causes cardiovascular disease.
