Interesting. I’ve heard of the egg fast before but never felt the need to try it. 
The egg is the perfect food in my opinion.

Same here.  I just need to overcome the runny yolk as I usually do hard scramble.  Just need to get to Sam's this weekend and get about 8 or 9 dozen pasture raised.

He has a couple good videos I have watched. Week after next when I am off work for 6 or 7 days I am going to give this a try.

I feel like I can eat eggs by the five-gallon bucket anyway.

Not egg related but have you tried this?

Reason I mentioned this is wife's part thai also. 

Takes an open mind and pallet, I tried it years ago and it's just ok.
