  1. Out the oxalates! I can relate to avocado addiction but spinach smoothies -blech🤢🤮
  2. So many good ideas here. I prefer to drink my waterhot now. I am not a big fan of ice. I only wash my hair once a week. I use regular ivory soap, but have been thinking of trying trad tallow soap. For toothpaste I have been using one from Redmond's that is clay and xylitol based. Also Huberman just did a podcast on dental care where swishing with salt water is recommended. Something I discovered recently is that castor oil makes a great antiperspirant. You need to source organic, cold pressed, hexane free, in a glass bottle castor oil and have it on hand, for it has many uses. I also put it in my eyes for dry eyes. And it does what no eyedrop was capable of.
  3. I agree it is not needed to get on track, infact I was able to get my mind right by using omad and Adf. Basically the opposite of priming. The only problem with fasting is that for me I was having trouble sticking to real food because I felt entitled after a fast to eat whatever I wanted.
  4. Just wondering how many have spouses that are not remotely interested in joining carnivore lifestyle and or make faces at your plate on the regular.
  5. Just get some Redmond's salt crystals and suck on that instead
  6. Pink shirt looks healthier because of his posture. Also, if you compare their faces you can see the sad fake vegan smile that doesn't reach his eyes opposed to the casual confidence of the pink one.
  7. I see that Dr Sean O'Mara is having success working out in fasted state. Dave Mack of "nocarb" YouTube interview with Anthony Phaesse Is a great resource.
  8. Thanks for sharing!
  9. I am looking for a good mayo recipe but I can't find the search 🔍 tia
  10. Recently, I had an epiphany regarding healthcare. I feel like the system is perpetrating Munchausen by proxy from the top down. Have you all seen Calley Means' interview with Tucker Carlson? We get crap advice like eat more fiber and avoid fat, so inevitably we will go grovelling for a fix for the bad place that they put us in. I know the truth is out there, plain as day, but so many people believe what the "news" is telling them. Also like others have mentioned people don't have a lot going on outside of the simple pleasures of eating. I am glad carnivore has helped me to expand my interests and do more than just plan my next oral dose of dopamine.
