  1. Bugs bite, but the bite doesn't itch after the initial sting. I just have red spots. Anyone else have this carnivore superpower?
  2. I was able to do 3 sprints today. I also ran around the soccer field with my son before lunch today.
  3. I fasted till 6pm I had 5 scrambled eggs. A curry chicken thigh and with some onions. And a nibble of cold chicken liver. PepperMint tea jello.
  4. @BobI would love to get my hands on a treadmill. I currently have a vibration plate that I try to use at lunchtime every day. I have missed the past couple of days tho.
  5. This is true for me as well. It's easier to see the light at the end of the tunnel, whence the fog has lifted.

  7. My initial goal is to sprint a full 100 meters by June 1st
  8. I have recently started to use some of my downtime to walk at a local track. I now have a measurable way to track my sprinting progress because of the markings. I cant quite sprint for 100 meters ATM, but now I have a concrete goal to work up to. Do you have any short term movement goals? What is your favorite type of movement? Drop them here and keep us posted on how you coming along at meeting them.

So last night I added a serving of cultured cottage cheese to my pork chops and this morning my throat was very dry, presumably from excessive snoring, which I guess had abated since elimination of dairy. On another note, the pork chops were overcooked and left me feeling hungrier than before I ate them so I had som bacon and jello after.
  10. A brownie size chunk of cold ground beef. One hard boiled egg with Frank's hot sauce, chicken liver, Bacon. I got home from work and snacked on another hard boiled egg, a slice of bacon and the rest of the chicken liver I didn't finish at lunch. I seem to like the chicken liver chilled better than straight out of the pan. I am thinking that I could push through till tomorrow on just that for a light dinner, but I will probably have pork chop when family sits down to dinner. Still no dairy or decaf. I think I will add creamy decaf back on June 1st, but I will reserve it for just an after dinner treat.

  14. I'm so jealous everyone here is tired of steak and they complain alot.
  15. He is an acquired taste. He comes off as harsh but it's just a schtick for clicks. Everyone says he is actually very charming in person.
  16. If I were to eat a piece of pizza and there happened to be a beer available, I would drink the beer while eating the pizza. Wine gives me headaches. And hard liquor is just too dangerous for me. Vodka and gin go down like water and cause some unwanted and unpopular opinions to exuberantly exit my mouth.
  17. Yes. I was very encouraged to hear Dr Berry talking to Dr Baker about forming a new diabetes society to clobber the ADA. I don't have diabetes but have always understood that type 2 is a lifestyle choice and could never understand why they treat it otherwise... until 2020 happened.🙄
  18. IDK about the grounding devices, but my kid loves to be barefoot and I like to walk in the the grass barefoot. When I think to sprint I take my shoes off. Different subject, but I feel the Spectra 479 glasses are well worth the $30. For helping with sleep hygiene.

  21. last week I used ginger tea to replace the decaf because I don't have sober behavior around creamy beverages. Today I tried some with peppermint tea.
  22. I'm so jealous everyone here is tired of steak and they complain alot.
  23. Steak and 2 over easy eggs with 3 slices of bacon at a greasy spoon for lunch Steak tips, a grilled hotdog and 3 hard boiled eggs for dinner. Jello for desert. I will forego my usual hot beverage for plain water this evening as my tummy has not returned to normal and is still pretty bubbly lingering from last weekend.
  24. Yesterday, 6 hardboiled and eggs & three sausage patties Chicken thighs, burger patty, pickles &bacon Jello hot butter water with cinnamon and vanilla.
