Then again people respect my lifestyle so they don't ask me to partake in deviations. @Rose62 if you're trying to get off bp meds there's a natural solution and don't knock it til you try it. I know this works from personal experience. 150/80 to 117/65. NATTO is fermented soybeans which I am probably going to get back on to get my bp down as well.   5. Welcome aboard @Kyle Katarn. Can you please give us some background of yourself? What's your WHY for starting carnivore? @Geezy pretty much summed it up, this is a lifestyle we adopted to better our health physically and mentally. The only dumb question is the one that isn't asked. So don't be afraid to ask questions or pose your concerns.

  7. That's just common sense. What works for you may not work for others and I don't recommend anyone making uniformed decisions or even bad advice.
  8. As @Orweller & @Geezy stated. Honestly unless your blood work shows you deficient in any of these I myself don't and won't worry about supplementing. Don't OVERTHINK this and keep it simple. When a person overthinks is where they mess themselves up and potassium especially is not something you willy nilly supplement. Cheers and good luck.

  11. Try cutting dairy for 10 days see if you notice a difference. Blood work so you have a Baseline where you are and 6 months check again. I told my cardiologist to get bent, ie; shove the statins sideways up his ass with a rusty pipe. You hire the Dr not to listen to their rhetoric on cholesterol but to do their job correctly.

  13. Welcome aboard @swineanddine. We all have addictions to carbs,sugars and we can make excuses as to why we can't/won't remove something from our diets but the fact is the decision rests solely on our shoulders no one else's. I love how my coffee tastes and I drink it when I vape (0 nicotine) out of habit. I want to quit both but I don't see or feel the effects like when I accidentally ate fried chicken in seed oils. What's your WHY for doing carnivore?? Also it may help to know your native tongue as I'm sure some of us speak more than English.

When you drive are you worried what's in front or you always lookin in the rear view?? Not 1 person is perfect but that's not an excuse to eat junk. You got this and we're here to support you .

  22. Thank you. I try to eat best eggs and bacon but I won't break the bank. Best deal hands down on pasture raised eggs is Sam's club 18 for $5 and change.
