  1. Same here. I just need to overcome the runny yolk as I usually do hard scramble. Just need to get to Sam's this weekend and get about 8 or 9 dozen pasture raised.
  2. Love this guy as he puts out alot of good information.
  3. @Scott F. and @Geezy said it all. I stumbled upon someone I used to watch has a plethora of knowledge. I'm going to try what he recommends for maybe a few weeks. If you're looking for saturated fat but can't afford meats all the time this may help you.
  4. Minced ham with minced beef = yummy burgers x ooooh bacon and eggs was 2pm meal.
  5. I watched already and I continue Redmond + water daily as my potassium was mid range Sept blood work. As for supplements I don't need any to my knowledge as I feel great. Good info for people
  6. Yup I don't like wasting stuff. My rubbish bin is 48 gallon and we barely fill it 1/4 every 2 weeks that's including cardboard and such until they deliver our recycle cart Dec.
  7. I'm more of keurig with my own grounds. I have an almost new Bunn in the garage for emergency only . I can't do instant either.
  8. 6 eggs 3 Angus hotdogs because bacon isn't thawed .
  9. Ya decaf tastes like ass. Loving the heavy cream shot now. Kaldi's 700 roast is yummy.
  10. I am still drinking coffee out of habit and the taste. I probably will do coffee fast = no coffee for 30 days to see how it makes me feel.
  11. Welcome aboard Inky. @Geezy & @Miranda have your 6. Ex bubble head/surface squid myself.
  12. @Geezy said it all. Due to higher fat in your diet you will have trouble especially without a gallbladder. Oxbile supplement (clean not seed oils junk) helps people adjust eating more fat. Another thing is Redmond real salt added to your water intake > branded/marketed junk for electrolytes. Don't complicate something simple, meat, water and natural salt. Hope this helps and welcome to the community.
  13. Lamb was a wash so I went out and bought 5lb minced beef. 3 burgers for dinner
  14. Great to hear you're reaping benefits from a proper human diet. Keep this in your mind if you decide to indulge. Your intake tastes good but at what cost in affecting your health. You may slip up like I did and mistakenly eat something with seed oils and I felt it for 3-4 days after. Keep up the great work and don't forget where and WHY you started.
  15. NY strip with eggs @ cracker barrel wife took hashbrown casserole side. 1 lb of pork belly for lunch (smoked), grilling 2 ribeyes for dinner as I post this.
  16. It's basically a PRIORITY matter. Cravings or health? What is YOUR WHY for starting carnivore? As for LdL being lowered doing this carnivore lifestyle you may as well wish in 1 hand. Good luck on where your journey takes you.
  17. Magic the body tells you what you need. Most days I OMAD, but other days like today, I just cheated and had 6 eggs and 8 0z of .
  18. That's how people learn @Geezy is by repetition . We're lions now not sheep anymore. ^^^^^^^^ Government to the people
  19. Here is an article that EVERYONE SHOULD READ. "Unfortunately, “natural” flavors can contain chemicals, carrier solvents, and preservatives. And they could be made from just about anything other than petroleum. " https://foodrevolution.org/blog/natural-flavors/?origin=serp_auto Please read food labels and if it has natural flavor/s in it put it back.
  20. Please tell us your why you're doing carnivore it will help us help you. Dial down on the spices dairy. Focus on 73/27 ground beef, bacon and eggs and make sure you are getting electrolytes by adding Redmond real salt, Himalayan salt to your water daily and drink only water. This will help satiate your hunger and hopefully curb your stress. Remember this is a shock so to say to your body going from carbs to ketone fueling your body. Welcome aboard and enjoy the ride.
  21. Great advice from Scott and Geezy. We're addicts and we cannot moderate our carb addiction. This is not so much a diet as it is a lifestyle. Think of your body as a car. It runs on gasoline but you decide hey I want to put the E85 in because it's cheaper. It will run but how long and how much damage to the engine will it cause? Can it be repaired? Welcome aboard.
  22. Looks like ground beef tonight and then try smoking the lamb.
