  1. That’s an interesting question. I haven’t heard anyone ask that one before. I’ve been slacking off all winter and have started walking and lifting weights again. I hate to admit it but I notice too much weakness and muscle loss. It’s been difficult to get started but I am encouraged by how I feel afterwards. I guess it’s hard for me to say if it makes me feel old because I am old. I definitely feel weak so that kinda makes me feel my age but I feel much better after a good walk or workout, especially the next day. Maybe it’s just that it’s new to me again. Could it be that you are just in a rut? Maybe you need to change things up. I don’t know what kind of workout routine you do but maybe a different type of exercise might get you motivated again. Maybe even take a little break from exercising for a while. Are your energy levels good? Could there be something in your diet that could be affecting your energy, motivation or mood? Just throwing some things out there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. It is amazing what eating a proper human diet does to not only our bodies but our brains. Being only five days in you may encounter a few issues in the near future as your body transforms but just stay the course and allow your body to adjust as it needs to. So what brought you to carnivore? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  7. You’ve got that right. Not enough of us trapping and hunting them.
  8. More than likely. They are a pest here in Texas and we can’t kill them fast enough but I’m trying to do my part. 😁
  9. Slowly but surely the “science” is catching up with what we already know. [emoji1787] It’s still progress though and I’ll take it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Yeah I know but it doesn’t alway show every thread. It usually only shows me 4 or 5 threads But when I go over to TT there’s might be more. It may have something to do with me using a phone instead of a laptop. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. I’m so glad and humbled that I had an impact with you Jack. While our heart conditions are different from each other there’s no doubt in my mind that carnivore can help you. The biggest factor, according to my cardiologist, is reducing the inflammation in the body especially in the chest. Staying as pure as possible carnivore is your best bet for optimal health. 12. I love anchovies. Never thought about putting them with eggs before. I might have to try that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. It was a great interview Bob. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. The description of pigs being dirty has two origins. The first is yes due to how they live because they love to waller in mud. They do that so they don’t sunburn. The second is due to what they eat. They will eat anything including each other. Some people are grossed out by what pigs will eat. Same can be said of chickens. Being monogastric animals they are what they eat so to speak. I eat a lot of wild pork and it’s good stuff but I know a lot of hunters that won’t touch them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Had a good walk with my neighbor today. I took it easy on him today since he’s just starting out but we had a good talk about nutrition. Tomorrow it’s weight day for me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. 11 B here. We humped it until we became mechanized infantry. We get to go get shot at quicker that way. [emoji15][emoji16] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Ate twice today. First meal was 2/3rds pound of hamburger and four eggs. Second meal was some ahi tuna salad and pork rinds. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. I was watching a video today from Max German and his little trick to get help him drop a few and get shredded is to go what he calls fat cycling. He eats three meals a day. The first meal is his normal high fat to protein ratio. The second meal is moderate fat and his last meal is very low fat and mostly protein. That is known as your optimal weight. It is believed that if you just eat a proper diet then the body will eventually settle into its optimal weight.

  21. I took the weekend off. Needed to recover but I’m motivated to get to walking tomorrow. When my wife and I were walking one of my neighbors stop us to talk and he’s interested in starting carnivore and asked if he could start walking with us. I’m excited about that. 22. You need to write up a recipe and post it in our recipe section. I want to try that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Totally agree. It’s also great for back pain believe it or not. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Ain’t nothing wrong with making your own pork rinds or cracklins. If fact it is better in my opinion because you know for sure what you are getting. I make my own bacon and sometimes I’ll buy a whole pork belly slab with the skin still attached. I’ll trim that skin off and make my own cracklins. Good stuff. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
