I'll take my chances lol. Not that I eat a lot of it but it's a great tool to add flavor, and fat to a sometimes monotone diet. It also helps me to keep weight on when I get too lean.

I can remember eating cheese by the bucket, or at least it seemed that way.

Now, not near as much, but on occasion.

Once or twice a week I will brown sausage in a pan, toss in three or four eggs and then add a few chunks of block cheese.

Back when I ate lasagna, I wanted the top layer of cheese to be as thick as the lasagna itself. Big fan.

The grill cheese sandwiches were as much cheese as bread.

Part of the recipe that got me to well over 300lbs.

Love lasagna and all those yummy dishes you mentioned. Takes a lot of will power to resist.

When I cut out dairy, I will have loose stools. The cheese helps keep things the consistency I desire.

I'm not sure why. The rule of thumb is to add more fat to loosen things up, and to back off the fat to stiffen things up. While that seems to be true of excess butter or ghee, cheese is a little bit of a savior for me.

Yes, I also see cheese as a great way to tweak my diet. Also to add variety, without eating blocks of cheese in one sitting of course.

Raw milk is what I use. I have done a milk fast too after reading about Mayo Clinics history on how they used raw milk to successfully heal their patients of diseases.

The milk fast went real good, lost a chunk of weight. Milk alone, has never put weight on me but it may be why I wasn't losing weight.

I pulled my findings to share with your video.

I think I have my cheese under control. I like cheese as a good fat-adder and I mostly eat hard, very low carb cheese from Italy and Swizerland.

Manchego,Parmesan and Gruyere here. My lunch today.

I'm not hungry atm but I have to slip away from otherwise enjoyable 0MAD, I just cant eat enough when doing 0MAD. A cheese lunch fixes that, plus my fat balance gets better.

I’ve never been to Finland but during my time spent in Germany I ate much better cheeses than what I can get here.
The best cheese I’ve had here in the US is from a local farmer who makes goat cheese.
I imagine y'all probably have better cheese than we do.

For instance, the Swiss cheese here in the US ain't the Swiss cheese I know from Europe. I did discover Colby Jack here and I find that an amazing cheese.
