Ain’t hit a lick yet unless you count wrestling grand kids. Lol.
Been out of town for a few days and just got home. I’ll start up Monday.

I definitely would count wrestling grandkids! Good for you physically, mentally and emotionally. And relationally!

Just added another long walk, including about 5-7 15-20 second sprints. Total steps for the day, over 10,000.

Walked a mile and a half yesterday.
Today I’m fixing to go clean my hunting gear off of my weight bench and lift some weights. Going to be interesting to see how weak I’ve gotten.

Im so weak Geezy,  but I don't care right now.  Im just sprinting and lifting what I can every day.  My muscles are responding.  Im mainly focused on loosing another 10 lbs.

I hear you. You just have to do what you can do. Start small and build up to it.

I worked last night and then lifted this morning.

My plan was to go light and just get in some work. This would get me at least three days in the gym this week.

I bumped into one of my dad's friends from way back. He is in his late 70's and when I was kid he was a lifting monster, benching around 500lbs. He is still at it dropping knowledge on the younger lifters. As we talked and caught up as we moved thru the workouts before I knew it I had put in a super hard session.

I did the 3 mile walk when I got home from the gym managed to run maybe a 1/4 to half mile of that. I only had enough gas to get in about 40 pushups today.

I crashed around lunch time and just got up. I'm already sore and tight from the 'light session' I had in mind.

I guess motivation can come from almost anything.

Yeah, lol. I bought it for a steal though.

Around the time I bought it, the kids were switching rooms, and the spare room was filled with their junk as the transitional room while we painted, carpeted, etc. Then the daughter up and moved out (on unagreeable terms) and it took forever for her to come get her stuff. Now that it's gone, I do have a spare room, which will be my exercise room. But the weather hadn't been agreeable much this winter to move it from the garage to the house. All that changes this week. 🙂

No more excuses haha. Let's get mean and lean!
