Good day Carnivore friends, I have a very important question. My wife and I have been Carnivore for 4 months now and we have not done any bloodwork, we don’t trust our general doctors because they just want to load us up with pills. Allot of the Carnivore influencers we follow suggest doing at home testing, but we don’t know which ones are reliable or best, some that will let. You know exactly what we need to take and do to better our natural healing. Can some one recommend what truly works for you in terms of getting reliable bloodwork.

I use Quest Diagnostics.

As far as bloodwork I get tested every three months between work and my Neurologist. I see him every six months and work requires a physical every six months. For the longest they landed about three months apart. I would just ask the Neurologist to add the lipid panel and testosterone.

When my immune system numbers started to improved, I wanted to see them more regularly, so I contacted Quest Diagnostics for my ImG and ImA numbers. It was pretty simple. We have two in a couple of WalMarts near me so access was easy enough.

Good luck and continued successes.

Yeah Quest seems to be the one that most use.

I personally don’t get mine done on my own. I just go through my doctor. He’s not hip to what I’m doing and keeps asking me if I’ll go on a statin but I keep telling him no. It doesn’t bother me and in fact I get a kick out of trying to educate him. I did think I’m having any success but it’s still fun trying.

Sort of the same boat with my primary doctor. And it is sort of ironic. "I'm super happy with your positive results without medicine but I would still like you to try a statin on non-stating for cholesterol".

My Neurologist is totally impressed with my results but not ready to use carnivore as a recommendation or a prescription for other patients similar to me. But he did say he wished a lot of his patients would contact me and try my path for their health. Maybe somewhat ironic too, the difference being he suggests I continue what I am doing. It is working and working well.

I would go on amazon.com and get 'Common Sense Labs ', a book by ken berry. I do not use any OTC Tests kits, most are expensive compared to:

Go online to Own Your Labs (OYL) and oeder the Labs you want. And pay. Go to Lab Corp, make an account, your name must match your OML ACCOUNT. OYL will send u an email, print it and take it to a lab corp for your blood draw, they will email u the results. You can not do this in the states of NY, NJ, RI, AND TWO other states, I forget which. I know A1c and lipid panel are 8 dollars each.

I would recommend A1c, lipid panel, fasting insulin, and a Cmp.
