Which is predictable. How many of us went on a "diet" throughout our lives, lost weight, and then went off the diet and gained it back. By far the vast majority of us have yo-yo dieted or gained the weight back plus some. These GLP-1 users, if they don't change their eating habits, and stop using the drug will only see the same thing happen to them. This is exactly how it should be used if it is going to be used at all. I have no issue with a low-dose GLP-1 to get someone started, but they have to learn to eat right and commit to not eating the ultra-processed junk foods. The goal being to get off the GLP-1 but then continue to lose or maintain weight with true healthy eating (all natural, mostly ketogenic). It's akin to bariatric surgery. This often results in great weight loss for many individuals. But at the same time many others go back to eating junk, and while they cannot eat as large of a meal, they eat more often throughout the day. I know people who had weight-loss surgery and initially saw success, but are not morbidly obese and dependent on a motorized wheelchair. They just couldn't learn to change their eating habits.
