I’ve noticed several newcomers to this lifestyle tend to get confused about what they can eat or get bored with just eating the same old thing over and over and then there’s some that just don’t have much imagination around food and in the kitchen.

Well this is a thread for everyone to post what they eat each day.

It doesn’t matter if it’s something you eat day in and day out or if it’s something that’s unique but still in the spectrum of carnivore, post it up. It may help inspire someone to stick with their diet plan and reach their goals by introducing something new to their diet.

So, What did you eat today?

And you are cooking it the way it should be cooked.
Light the fire, burn the beast and be happy.

I followed the instructions on the package, which was to heat to 400'F degrees and then place in the grill but not over the direct heat. My temps probably were more like 500'F. I would flip it every 7 or 8 minutes, and it probably took 40 minutes to cook to a nice Medium - which is where my wife and I could compromise on, lol.

I will say a meat thermometer was pretty crucial in knowing when this would be done or about done.

Namaste Geezy.
I am loving the raw beef. It is delicious. The beef which I am buying at the moment is wonderful.
It is day 77 for me today. I am glad that I am still here and pleased to be changing my metabolic health. I am staying patient and grateful. Taking one day at a time!
How are you doing?

I’m doing great brother and I’m glad you are getting along so well.

So I went grocery shopping with my son in law today.
The selections were limited but very satisfying.

And after a long day it was time to eat.

Venison stew slow cooked in the crockpot with bone broth and a stick of butter. The meat was seasoned with salt and white pepper then seared in bacon fat.

I accidently overcooked the steak - slight pink in the middle.
I didnt think mouch time had passed but when I checked the internal temp expecting it to still be under where I was wanting it, it was already well on its way to well done.

Maybe 2-3 day old dry brined beef cooks quicker?

Anyway, the eggs really took it to the next level!
I'm not looking forward to the next few weeks/months now that I hear there's a bird-flu issue after arising...
Eggs will probably become expensive and in short supply...

An overcooked steak will get you through times of no steak better than no steak will get you through times of overcooked steak.
Bonus point to anyone who knows who I’m paraphrasing.

I like to have a few boiled eggs in the fridge at all times for a quick snack.
This is particularly helpful for anyone who might make bad food decisions when hungry, or of you just couldn't be bothered preparing anything.

Eggs... natures vitamin supplement 😎
