What I need is a list of carnivore approved pre-packaged meals/foods that I can just buy & heat up...cuz nobody in my house is waking up early enough to do that for breakfast.  :lol1:
Though I do suppose I could fix a BIG batch of scrambled eggs & then freeze some & refrigerate some.

Why don’t you just make your own prepackaged meals or get up early enough to cook?
It’s really simple to cook up a pound of bacon or sausage and store that in the fridge and then have some hard boiled eggs on hand to grab and go with the meat.
I cook up numerous meats once or twice a week and always cook enough so that when I want something to eat I can just put something on a plate and pop it in the microwave.
Right now in my fridge I have chicken salad, ribs, venison stew, salmon and some carnivore bread. All precooked and ready to go.

There are some videos on centered a lady doing meat runs at Sam's and Costco. She pointed out there were some pre-made items in their freezer section that were good choices for those days when there just isn't enough time to get everything done. I looked but all I saw was stuff that was pre-packaged with sauces and such.

Mostly I pre-make what I will eat when working. I went to the gym this morning followed by a 4-mile walk. Standing in the grocery store I remembered I hadn't done anything by being on nightshift. I bought a six pack of the pre-made hardboiled eggs. They hit the spot.

I'm sure there are some pre-made stuff out there, but I pinch pennies by buying as well as cooking in bulk (centered around 12 hour shift work).

Nothing so far.

I'm about 30 hours deep in a 48 hour fast.

So far so good. My past thinking process says I should be starving by now. Amazingly, not even hungry nor any type of cravings.

I'm going to try to make 48, call it as an accomplishment and then maybe stretch it a bit the next time.

This is one of the great benefits of this WOE. Our hunger signals change. We’ve gone from a carb addiction diet that just screams at us “FEED ME, FEED ME NOW!” to a an empty belly feeling that is easy to ignore until you can find the opportunity to eat.
A carb hunger vs. a keto hunger.
I love it.
It’s what allows me to go all day without feeling the need to eat and when I do get to a point that my body says “Hey, we could use some fuel” it’s an action and not a desire.
It’s also what allows me to be able to go out with friends or family and if they choose to eat at a restaurant that has nothing I’m willing to eat I can just drink water and enjoy their company without feeling like I’m being left out or sacrificing anything.

At Sam's Club (and elsewhere) I get hard-boiled eggs and beef sticks, including grass fed beef sticks, that are ready to eat. You can also get Jimmy Dean pre-cooked sausage like I do. You can also get pre-cooked bacon, like I don't, lol, but it is an option.

I also found an all beef burger patty that microwaves in 2 minutes and is actually really good. I'm a little excited for this because I had previously bought a brand that was really really bad, lol.

Burger last night. Everything is on sale this week for the 4th of July (Independence Day in the USA). I got some 80/20 ground beef for $1.99/lb. Ribeyes are down to $9.99/lb. etc.

This morning was my staple, eggs and sausage.

So today might be considered a cheat day. Maybe/Maybe not.

My God-son just turned 16 and since he was a young guy his birthday has been at his favorite Mexican restaurant.

I felt like I asked all the right questions and thought I ordered this meat platter the best way for me. It showed up and it was amazing. It tasted great and as I moved some of it around I thought I tasted onion and then the meat was piled on top of a pile of fried onions. I had started eating, was not going to return it and for sure was not going to waste it.

I think I will tack on a mile tomorrow morning. LOL

Did you eat the onions? If not it wasn’t a cheat meal. In fact it’s more than likely that your meat was cooked with seed oils. The onion will not contaminate your meat and the small amounts of seed oils used for grilling the meat won’t hurt you unless you are extremely sensitive to them.
Now if you gave in to those onions then shame on you for being human.
Seriously, don’t sweat the small stuff.
When we go to a Mexican joint I will generally get the shrimp or fajitas and there is always peppers and onions but it’s pretty simple to just pick out the meat and stay clean.
