I’ve noticed several newcomers to this lifestyle tend to get confused about what they can eat or get bored with just eating the same old thing over and over and then there’s some that just don’t have much imagination around food and in the kitchen.

Well this is a thread for everyone to post what they eat each day.

It doesn’t matter if it’s something you eat day in and day out or if it’s something that’s unique but still in the spectrum of carnivore, post it up. It may help inspire someone to stick with their diet plan and reach their goals by introducing something new to their diet.

So, What did you eat today?

Namaste.

Today I ate a raw beef sirloin and a raw beef rib eye plus a lot of beef fat.

About to eat another raw beef sirloin!

Sometimes I sneak some raw steak when no one is looking. I think my husband is getting used to seeing my blue rare steaks, but Im sure  entirely raw would gross him out.

Looking at this my first thought is how large the amount is.

I gather this once a month does not disrupt the carnivore hum?

It doesn't seem to faze me any. I used to have a couple beers with dinner and a bourbon right before bed to help me go to sleep. When I decided to go carnivore and try to lose weight and address my health, alcohol had to go.

But once a month I go to this Open Mic Night hosted by my cousin, so I have a meal and a drink to support the arrangement. Fortunately, the establishment is cool enough to make me a carnivore meal.

3 large brown eggs from the backyard.

3 big hamburger patties.

3 talapia filets just a few minutes ago.

I have been using the drink mixers most of the way in the first 30 days. I tried an electrolyte drink mixer and I felt like a blew up like a beach ball. A little queezy and I felt like I could taste salt most of the morning. I skipped it today and went just water all day. I guess I will have to dial the electrolytes a little better.

What brand are you using for electrolytes?

Namaste Geezy.

I am loving the raw beef. It is delicious. The beef which I am buying at the moment is wonderful.

It is day 77 for me today. I am glad that I am still here and pleased to be changing my metabolic health. I am staying patient and grateful. Taking one day at a time!

How are you doing?
