New, well sort of.

Not really changing anything.

Just, i now realize that if it is good for T1D then it good for I t all diabetic types.

So, it is still zero carbs. With a focus on exercise.

I am carefully examining everything.

I am exploring the wisdom put forth by Dr. Richard Berstein, MD. In doing so I believe there is a better insulin regime that will suit my carnivore lifestyle better. Therefore I doing a bit of experimenting. Older types of insulin can be purchased in most states at Walmart. No prescription needed. You have to ask for it at the pharmacy counter.

Labs are going to plan and I should have results inside of 2 weeks.

I am figuring out the details, mostly without my doctors.
