I had the distinct honor and pleasure of being a guest on Dave Mac’s Utube channel No Carb Life. 
Forgive me for not being a very good speaker but this was the first time to ever do anything like this. It was a lot of fun and Dave is a really nice guy. I thank him for asking me for this interview.

Hey Geoff,

I also have paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, spinal stenosis (arthritic), a couple of damaged discs, sleep apnea (mild), and I am on Metoprolol. 

I have wondered whether a carnivore diet would have any effect. 

You come off as a very interesting man in what you have to say and how you express yourself including your voice.

I have not ever seen this Youtube channel. It wasn't until about 35:43 that I realized the host, Dave Mac, had an (Australian? or British?) accent. :-))

Sorry to hear that you have the same issues that I have but at least you have someone around that can empathize with you.
As you heard in the video, carnivore has been a real game changer for me and I believe it can be for you as well. It just keeps getting better all the time.

Dave is Australian but he lives in Japan.
