Glad you could join us. Welcome.
It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been carnivorous you will always be learning if you wish to grow. I am now at 510 days and I study nutrition every day and learn something new just about every day. It’s a great journey.

Thanx Geoff.

Unbeknownst to me, I was introduced to "carnivore" (it wasn't called carnivore then) many years ago

when I followed an old time bodybuilder named Vince Gironda. He espoused steak, eggs and heavy cream when doing

contest prep.  He fell out of favor and we all moved on.

Nutrition, bodybuilding and health have been my hobby on and off ever since. Mother nature is catching up with me.

So here I am.

Yes sir it catches up with all of us in time. That why we see more older people eating carnivore to heal all of the years of abuse. It’s done some miraculous things for me. When I started 511 days ago I was a 66 year old man who felt 86 but now I’m 68 and feel like I’m 48.
I knew I’d get old someday but I thought it would take longer.

Health and age is taken for granted by most of us. That is for sure. I had a crippling condition since I was 17, and though this has been torturous at times, it always helped me appreciate what I had. I was always aware of my health and have been working on it once I discovered the doctors were not there to help me.
