I was watching Pottengers Human Video about vitamin K2 and did a quick search for foods and this is what I found at Mayo clinic 🤦🏻‍♀️Screenshot_20250528-183408.png

Sorry Cleveland clinic, which is worse. Cleveland is premier heart surgery clinic.

Correlation does not equal causation. A lot of these associations between meat and these diseases are from studying people who indulged in major poor habits and eating choices. They overate, ate junk food, smoked, drank alcohol, had that meat on a big fat bun covered in sugary sauces or seed oil based dressings.... but it's the meat that was the problem? Yeah, right [sarcasm].

Some of it is so easily explainable it should be an embarrassment to the medical and scientific community....

  • Just eat meat and your bowel movements become less frequent. It must be that meat rots in your colon, lol.

  • Just eat meat and your red blood cells live longer, slightly raising your a1c. Meat must cause diabetes, lol.

The doctors at the mayo clinic are no better than the doctors at your local clinic. They are all working for a corporation who will always have a "standard of care" that they must follow or else they will get sued or lose their positions within that corporation. As patients we need to do our own research into our nutrition and deal with it ourselves. your local doctor will hand out this same crapola of bad science. My local doctor told me years ago that I need to keep some carbs in my diet. I just laughed at her and said - why?, I'm still waiting for an answer 😂. Why do you think most of the carnivore influencer doctor work for themselves?

It’s how they stay in business.

Cures do not generate a profit, only sick patients do.

Eat meat. Lift weights. Drink water. Keep it simple.

Not that many years ago Coconut and palm oil was going to kill us all overnight. Now it's good for us.

I'm convinced more than ever that the world is full of idiots after hearing about the sugar diet a few weeks ago. If a person would do even a small amount of reading or research online they could maybe see the error of their decision.

Oh well, it's not my job to save their ass so they can grab a big spoon and the sugar bowl or maybe a jar of honey and dig right in. Good luck with your future cancers. They are a bitch, trust me, I've been down that road once and being carnivore I hope to never travel that road again!

Things like this are one of the main reasons I don't really like people anymore. The world has gone to shit and this is just another reason to believe that!

True carnivores know the truth by our own personal experiences with this WOE.

Long live the carnivores!!!

Glad to see someone else agrees not to handhold, just let natural selection happen.

I'm not bothered by the least that people go on a sugar diet. Let them. People do drugs, they drink alcohol, go for it, I say.

But I do feel this sugar diet thing feels like a psy-op. I would'nt have uttered these words a few years ago, but considering what we've learned over the last 4 to 5 years, I will not dismiss it so easily.

People will always look for the easy way out. And that is often used against them, it is in fact, counted on by these indistries. Take Ozempic, and other pills we swallow as candy with promises of instant relief/results.

The only thing you can do is, be the change you want to see.

I would agree with you on that. One of the reasons I wrote what I did was When I started Carny I saw and now know how well it can change people's lives. I have several close friends plus my sister who are all very overweight (most of Wisconsin is very overweight!) and I know this lifestyle could get them back into a better place with their health. One of them is a severe type 2 diabetic. None of them wanted to hear anything about it, so I clammed up and now say nothing about Carny to anyone! If someone asks what I've been doing I now direct them to Dr Berry to check out his videos on the subject. The problem I will have in the future is when one of them "goes down" with something serious I know I'm going to feel bad about it because they just wouldn't give it a try. It's a mental block I have to learn to get over and just worry about myself, my wife and our dog. All three of us are carnivores, Well the dog does still get a few veggies in her homemade food.

My daily mantra - Repeat after me "I'm only one person and it's not my job to save the World" 😄

Even once people who ate red meat walked around with as much as 14-15 pounds of red meat in their digestive tract as the body can't effectively digest red meat.

I thought that was a crock way back when. Couple that with an ounce of carnivore based knowledge and it becomes laughable.
