If you're not interested in weight loss, you don't need to be as zero carb as possible, and therefore some raw milk is still an animal product, and you could enjoy it. I found a local connection
How do you guys feel about raw milk on carnivore? I (20F 5’7 130lbs) workout quite regularly and will be adhering to strict carnivore best I can. I’m not looking to lose too much weight, but then again I’ve heard testimonials about men and women body recomping (weight staying the same on the scale but losing pants sizes/ clothes fitting looser) on carnivore without even having to strength train.
Thoughts and opinions???
