11 months Carnivore: Financial limitations and lack of results.
High protein, just not bio-available. A pork chop would do fine. And I've eaten my share of beans over the decades... protein shakes, etc. Bloat city.- 1

What Did You Eat Today?
Some of these I made a few years ago, some are recent. I drink raw milk, I ferment my own kefir milk, I also sell raw kefir grains. If you have any questions about these meals, please ask! The pic of the Carnizza, was the very first one I ever made (2019ish) and I wish I remembered how to make that specific one because I saw fireworks! There's no red sauce in sure I used homemade Alfredo, the red is pepperoni. Oh and I enjoy icy clam juice during the warmer months. The purplish-white stuff is blueberry goat cheese and the dish with what appears to be cottage cheese is what kefir grains look like for fermenting milk.- 3

Id dump the gym membership and do push ups etc on your own. You'll never be a accomplished body builder (if that is what you want) without a high budget for protein. If I were you, Id buy high protein beans and whatever meat you can afford and drink water. -

so you're 220 lbs and how tall? What do you mean look sickly?
