This is very petty and my apologies upfront as some people have real issues.

I have lost as much 88lbs in just shy of 9 months. I have not had any negative issues thus far and the positives have been simply amazing.

Anyone ever lost weight/size in their feet. I bought a pair of work boots that were pushing $200. The last few weeks they just didn't feel the same. This past weekend I am in and out of the woods cutting trees and busting wood for the grill. My feet like my boots are two sizes to big and my feet are slipping and sliding on the inside.

I have flat feet anyway, and I guess I had fat feet as well. My 12W's that have fit forever now do not. I tried on a 12 regular for a much better fit.

For the next few cold months, I can go with an extra pair of socks but once it get shot two pair of socks just sounds miserable. 

Of all things I am, I am really cheap. If I have paid nearly $200 for boots I can't wear this entire carnivore concept comes into question. LOL

I would not mind the same happen to me, I have a pair of new motorcycle boots that are just a tiny little bit too snug. I´ve been trying to stretch them while cycling on my spinning bike.

Typos

I have about 5 pair of pants I cannot fit anymore, too big. Mind you I only went from size 32 to 29. But having low body fat, those pants are just not comfortable anymore. I can still wear them, and no one will be the wiser, but I just like good fitting clothes. I also went from M size to S and had to replace some shirts. 

Asking for a friend, what size boots are those?? 😆

Of all the things people talk about in weight loss, regardless of method, I never remember hearing nor reading about shoe size.

I would have never even considered this as a possibility.

We store fat everywhere. 
Yes, I have absolutely noticed weight loss in my feet as well as my hands. I had forgotten that I had knuckles and veins in my hands. 
I’ve got a pair of cowboy boots that have been my favorites for over 40 years and when I bought them they were a little snug but for the last ten years they’ve been too tight to wear. In fact it got to the point I couldn’t even get them on. 
A couple of days ago I decided to see how they fit and boy was I pleasantly surprised. They not only slid right on but had room to spare. They fit better than they did when I first bought them. 

I'm going to go the 'two pair of socks' route for awhile. 

At some point I will have to do something different. Stepping on and off logs this past weekend just about threw me to the ground several times. I think that is when I really noticed the botts didn't fit like before.

The carnivore thing ceases to amaze.

I have narrow feet. Have had them all my life. Only problem is ... most men's work boots come in wide. I have been working in wide steel-toed work boots for about 40 years. I eventually got used to the way they don't really fit and just put up with it.

At my age now, I have gone to wearing my work boots without laces because I can no longer get down there to lace then correctly. Having the boots flop around a bit works far better than tripping over trailing laces.

Just get some thick cushy insoles like gels with arch supports.

Having room in your boots will help keep your feet warmer.
