When it comes to blue and LED's - you might find the history of the blue LED interesting

Blue lights never ended very well for me. Especially the flashing ones that make siren noises. Scott
Anyone learned and bought in to the issues around Blue Light? This lady is a Princeton grad and a little whacky, but holy cow, her research eye opening.
Then there is Jack Kruse on the link below Dr. Cowan.
"Nutrition is important. But it's not the be all and end all. Light is just as important. Overall, you should aim to limit your exposure to blue light, both during the day and evening. Humans evolved getting a full spectrum of light throughout the day, not overwhelming amounts of artificial blue. Excessive blue light from LEDs and electronic screens can contribute to illness by triggering an overproduction of reactive oxygen species and decreasing your body’s production of melatonin."
