I made my goal of 10,000 steps today! Only worked half a day today and the other half, I was babysitting and played basketball with my grandson which helped me reach my goal. I know that getting more activity will help me reach my goals.

Hiked up a steep hill with weighted vest.

I had to have some work done on my truck, but couldn't hitch a ride from the shop where I needed to take it. So I put my bike in the bed and after dropping the truck off, I rode my bike home. Probably 2 miles, with ups and downs along the way. Man were my legs burning, lol. 

It's been a long time since I've rode the bike. I had to pump up the tires.

7 more days left in March - which is 7 more days to post in this topic and 2 more Monday night zoom meetings to get extra entries.

I was a little MIA this last week. S Corp taxes were due last week so I was scrambling to balance my books. And then over the weekend I didn't feel so hot. I think I ate some meat that was a little bit past it's best-by date.

went dancing for three hours yesterday. Day before that, hiked up the steep hill again.

Got a good workout in this morning before work. Maybe a tad over an hour. Backs and biceps this morning. 

I have had a scratchy throat today and maybe some congestion starting. If I feel up to it when I wake up in the morning it is cheat and triceps before taking Wednesday off.

Well Monday was a bust because I had to go out of town all day so I didn’t get to walk. Today was a bust for weightlifting because I’ve hurt my left hand and can’t put any pressure on the palm of my hand.
Worked all day today tearing down saddles and cleaning them and buy the end of the day my right hip was hurting so bad that I had to use my cane to walk. It’s been a miserable evening.
I’ll see if a good night’s rest brings my hip back to normal and maybe I can get a walk in tomorrow.

^ ever try chondroitin?  My dad says it helps with the joints in his fingers.

I did many moons ago and it did nothing that I could tell but I was very unhealthy back then. I might need to try it again now that I’m better.
