after my bike ride today loaded the bike and started driving home and started feeling sick, puller over and laid down for a while but chest and left arm pain was starting.

Managed to get a hold of one of the other riders and asked if he could take my bike because I had to go to hospital.

Was able to drive myself to emergency, they could not do the surgery because they had someone else with same issue but but more serious, so I got a helicopter ride to another hospital.

Hopefully I get out tomorrow, I have been carnivore for 9 months, I am 61 years old and overall in good health, so I thought

I also don't know what to do to reduce the cholesterol if that's what going to kill me, I enjoy the carnivore diet and don't what to give that up either.

You've only been carnivore for 9 months. The factors that led to your heart attack have been accumulating over a lifetime. Your recent switch to a carnivore diet simply cannot take the blame here.

There is some connection between saturated fat intake and LDL. You could make use of olive oil and avocado oil. While not technically "carnivore", these oils are not seed oils and are generally accepted by the keto-carnivore community.

Dear Enthusiast, I think you're the one who just suffered a heart attack. I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced this! That's awful. I'm glad you're here! I'll be praying for you. I'm so glad you're still here and I'm so glad it wasn't as bad as it could've been. I hope you're able to tune in to what your body needs. I'll be praying for your rest of spirit and body. From what I've seen you've chosen a very wise diet to help your heart if your sugars and carbs are really low. Please avoid seed oils too. I saw a study where heart failure was induced in three months with rats through seed oil consumption. You can come back from this!

True! In the book "Dark Calories" I read that a serving of seed oil laden french 🍟 fries is as carcinogenic as a pack of 🚬cigarettes.
