I really got sick of drinking water to the point I do t want to drink water, electrolytes I can only handle so much, I love drinking coffee but I guess 2.5 pots a day is too much especially when you work overnight 12 hour shifts.

I hardly drink alcohol, I do t want to drink broth all day, is there another option

You have guessed right! As a coffee lover, this is quite a concerning amount. It's a diaredic, now you need even more of that pesky water! Keep tweaking your needs and wants and I am sure you'll find

I come from 2 5ths a day to realizing it's doing nothing but poisoning me.

Coffee, I use to think I needed it, especially like takin a 30 min drive to the city I needed to have 2 12 oz redbull .

Since starting carnivore, coffee tastes good but I don't need it for working. 0 alcohol for 4.5 years and I cannot drink water without

my Redmond Real Salt added.

I'm a 2 cup of coffee / day if I remember but I don't freak out or worry if I don't have it.

It's more psychoscematic IMO than anything else for most people.

I’m strictly a water drinker. I don’t go anywhere, hardly, without my tumbler of water. I live in Texas and I spend a lot of time out in the heat and water is very important to me as it should be to all carnivores. As carnivores we don’t retain water like we did previously eating SAD.
When I first became a carnivore I drank coffee every morning (3 cups). Shortly into my journey I lost my taste for it. I have no idea why but I just did.
I then started drinking tea because I still wanted that caffeine kick in the morning. I drank tea for a year and then decided that I didn’t want any stimulants going into my body so I stopped the tea. It was just part of my journey to clean myself of all non nutritional things in my life.
I do not put any flavorings in my water but I will put some salt in it when I know I’m going to be working in the heat all day. My only indulgence is I like ice in my water. I practicality crave it.
I basically only eat what I need and only drink what I need. I need meat and I need water and nothing else.

I wish I could say yes. I call myself a drink whore. That means I want to have a beverage most of the day. Morning starts as coffee, then sparkling water and electrolytes during the day, and the occasional Zevia soda or Vitamin Water Zero (both stevia/monk fruit sweetened). None of these drinks bother me, so I've kept them in.

I don't deal with any sugar cravings either, but it's easy for me since I have up sugar many many years ago and know it will kill me (almost quite lierally). I don't drink alcohol, but don't rule out never having any every again.

I just started adding the juice to half a lemon to water with relyte and a pinch of allulose. The allulose is new, I see that Ketogenic woman has been using it and it seems to have worked for her in loosing stubborn weight she blends it with Yerba mate. I drink some of that about mid-day.

I love using allulose. It works for me too.

I'm straight water now. I used the flavor packets to get going in carnivore as I was never a big water drinker. From there I tried to add salt but it tasted some sort of bad to me. I could not do it. It was easier to eat a pinch or two of salt and chase it with some water and then go about my way.

Now I just drink water. We have a filtered machine at work and I have well water at the house. Those are pretty much my two sources.

Sort of leads off topic but I don't use near as much salt as I did early in the journey. I really like salt on my eggs so I get it there daily, to every other day but seldom use it on other foods. Funny thing also, don't know really when or why, but I am not much on pepper anymore. Salt and pepper was a staple on most anything I ate. Now it mostly just used to get food ready for the grill.

Another part of the journey I suppose.

Have you had any issues with bloating? The brand that I grabbed at Walmart is mixed with monk fruit. I think I over did it today...my belly popped out below my belly button. Or it could just be that time...anyway...I have pure allulose on order.

No, no issues with that.
