At about 3 months on carnivore I really noticed circulation and body weakness on my left side and as the weight came off a number of health issues I had before that were hidden. I'mnow around 7 months pretty strict carnivore. Today I was out walking and noticed a significant return of strength on my left side (just about perfectly matching my right side) and only a twinge of pain in my hip at one point. I experienced much quicker recovery on my right side, so discovery is very encouraging. Not going back.

That is sort of how it works. It takes time and then it feels "all of a sudden". Congrats. I'm in the same boat. I can't see eating another way after all the positives I have had since going carnivore

  • good deal, keep going.

I guess my biggest fear is with my luck I will choose the very thing that caused me issues in the past. My luck ruins like that. LOL

I'm pretty much going with the 'not going to rock the boat' approach to my current eating plan.

Excellent. I love hearing about carnivore successes, even the seemingly small ones that actually really really matter as they continue to add up. Keep doing what you are doing!

Yeah, flexibility really comes back. Part of it may be increased activity because of weight loss. Excercise is easier. And less joint strain from all that mass, too.

A year ago I noticed it was hard to squat and especially get back up. This summer all that trouble was gone, I am riding fast sportsbikes @ 62 years. I have lost almost 30 kg in a year , I fit in my 90's leathers -and I'm staying here without dietary worries, all this is automatic by now.

I'm not full carni though, 10 g carbs max per day keeps my keto going good.
