I'mmmmmm BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK

I took a hiatus from all things carnivore while in-laws were here from back home.

I gave into the food nonsense proving a point as to why the shit they're eating/drinking/supplementing

with is garbage.

Weigh in starting August 2025 - End Feb 2026

I was the ONLY one to lose weight throughout this endeavor.

Coming back into 0 carbs after 6 months of garbage in garbage out was tough, worse than quitting drinking.

Yes I even tried to drink (sipped my fav porter/whiskey and it made me gag. But the carbs were so easily

consumed but the side effects were not easily dealt with.

I shot up 45 lbs, my fatty jeans were brought out for work.

Today I'm down 20lbs, feeling 30ish again and on top of the world.

Congrats and welcome back.

As stated before I have been in awe and somewhat jealous of the amounts others talk about eating. I got to the point that if I ate a 14-16oz. ribeye I was done for the next 24-30 hours, at times even longer. It was like I was never hungry.

I tried protein powder and then used one of the Shamrock protein drinks, and within a few hours I was really hungry. I tried another one a few days later and it sparked hunger again.

Short story long I used the sugar to create hunger to hit a protein target. From December 1st til now I have went from 211 to 237 and today around 230. Other than the sugar intake, still strict carnivore, but have a better understanding in regard to the power of sugar.

Again, welcome back.

Scott
