Hope all returns to your normal. Best of luck. Scott

I believe that can happen. It’s an extreme shock to the system to go through surgery. Anesthesia can have a profound affect as well that can last for weeks or even months depending on your age.

Gonna give bacon and eggs a go Monday. Seems my system is getting back to normal.

comment_67761 month has passed since hernia surgery and my digestive system has been out of whack.
I took magnesium citrate to flush my system after surgery, 4 days later it seemed to be back to normal.
I was eating eggs and bacon like when I started and nothing but watery stools for the time until I fasted then went on all ribeye for 2 weeks. Up until now my stools are not as they were before surgery. So be aware even the most minor surgery can screw up your metabolism/digestive system up for a while.
My appetite was insatiable as well I could eat 2lbs of ribeye and 1.25 lbs minced beef a day. My meat stash is depleted 😆
Thinking about SUGAR DIET??
