I just saw this. Hilarious delivery by Ken Berry. Almost had me. The silliness that is the FDA. What a waste of resources. Hopefully that's another agency that will get cleaned out. 

Just letting everybody know I am safe and sound, and survived the butter debacle of 2024! Be safe out there folks!

Yeah Berry had me going for a minute especially when he said it was a Texas company. I use a butter that’s made here in Texas so he definitely had my attention.

Me too, I was heading for the fridge to check. 

The butter will not be wasted, it will be reworked and repackaged.

Just saying our society is a throw away and wasteful society. 

When it's against the law to take food from restaurants and stores to feed homeless so they throw it away.

Health hazard is the excuse also.  Changing my mind on how I feel about the establishment, would be like asking me to try a food that's got more than 2 Ingredients or anything cooked with seed oils. 😂😂😂

Actually was a supervisor and we reworked the butter, dumping into heated tank, recirculating the hot melted butter to melt added butter, pumper about 1 foot off the bottom because the bottom contained paper and water that would go to waste.

Its pretty easy to rework and, in todays world if it could not be reworked it would be hazardous waste that they do not want dumped into the ground.

So all the pallets of butter should go back to facility, too much money to not rework it.

There's a lot of food waste going on, that is for sure. Some silly regulation preventing distributing otherwise perfectly good food to the needy.
