I have a hard time listening to Nick, I just don't care for his delivery. Can someone tell me the TLDR on this?

I'm not a coffee drinker. It never really clicked for me.

Funny, no big deal to me but I know some where it is only one step removed from actual life-support. Zero daily functionality until after the first cup.

My only good experience with coffee is that as a small child my grandma would pour us a small amount and we would dip toast in it. That was like a breakfast time dessert.

The next thing would be coffee to make red eye gravy. I always wondered who the guy/gal was that accidentally spilled the coffee into the grease, couldn't afford to waste it and discovered something pretty awesome. LOL

Just babbling with little to no knowledge with coffee.

He’s is citing some studies showing the health benefits of drinking coffee both caffeinated and decaffeinated. The optimal benefits seemed to come from drinking 3-4 cups a day.

I personally don’t drink coffee or any plant matter but for those who are carnivore and still drinking coffee this is just a good video to put their minds at ease if they are concerned about it.

If you don’t drink coffee then I certainly wouldn’t start but if you do and it doesn’t affect you in any way then forge on and enjoy.

I like the flavor of coffee. I drink decaf because regular causes muscle pain for me.

I love Kent! He had Uncle Roger on, it was beautiful!

Imma 2 cup a day maybe but has to have good flavor ie good bean and proper roast

Too bad it has flour, I'm a tad curious how that would taste. Sounds terrible. That was some fine dancing tho!

Yeah unfortunately Kent isn’t carnivore but I get a kick out of him. I’ve never had the pleasure of eating from his chuck wagon back when I was cowboying but I’ve never walked away from other cuck wagons hungry.

This is probably great news to those of you who still "need" your daily coffee.

Unfortunately for me though, I am afraid that any coffee consumption would signal the return of my ulcerative colitis. I won't risk it.

I agree with you. Too in depth and way too sensationalized. "do this or you may die" kind of thing.

I drink De-Caf coffee because I like the taste and it's a morning ritual also. All it does is make me pee 😂

I drink decaf for the same reason. I have tried plain hot water, but I can only just tolerate it.

After I quit drinking coffee and then tea I would drink a cup of hot bone broth with a tablespoon of butter whipped into it for a morning drink.

If I'm not feeling like a cup of coffee then I'll go to herbal tea. Drinking "a plant" does not bother me at all. I am not that hard core of a carnivore at this point in my life. Regular coffee will make me twitchy for about 18-24 hours or even more and that effect started about 20 years ago. When I was eating lunch one day I noticed I could hardly keep my food on my fork because of hand shaking. I went to decaf the following morning and have rarely had regular coffee since that day. My sister had it even worse than that. one coke would wipe her out completely.
