I love trying different roasts and smelling roasted coffee.

Once I heal up I may try doing without for awhile to see if any positive effects or not.  So mid October or November 1st will try to quit.

Coffee with butter and stevia, or coffee with heavy cream, worked for me. Remember, a carnivore diet still has a percentage of plant based elements in it. 10% of plant based food does not make you NOT a carnivore. This is a misconception. Unless of course, the diet is used as an elimination diet. Which it still is since you eliminate seed oils, processed food, high fructose (a killer I might add), and grains and nuts. 

I switched to half caf and I like the change. But coffee for me is a joy. So I'll have that one vice.
