How long have you been carnivore?
Evaluate your diet and see if there is something that could be aggravating your arthritis. Often foods that may be high in histamines can affect our joints if we are sensitive to them.
In order to find out you may need to go Lion Diet and see if things clear up. If they do then add one thing back in at a time and give it a week or two and see how that goes. Flare up? Then that’s it. No flare up then you can keep it in the diet.
Another thing it could be is oxalate dumping. It can definitely affect our joints and it can occur over several years.
That can just take time to get over.
I have some pretty bad arthritis in my joints and hands due to a lifetime of hard living, injuries and 41 years as a mechanic. Carnivore has done wondrous things for my arthritis but I still have flare ups now and again. They settle down after awhile so I don’t pay too much attention to them but if they were long lasting id definitely go strict Lion to see if that helped.
I hope you find some relief.

I got on carnivore diet to heal my leaky gut/exzema; its definetly clearing up my skin and my guts are getting happier with each passing day!. No blood work recently, what would be the purpose of that? I'm afraid they'll just see my cholesterol is sky high and advise me get off carnivore. I eat mostly beef, tallow, dairy, pork, coffee. My guess is the dairy is the culprit. I've only been carnivore for 6 weeks. Its hard for me to cut our dairy to be honest, but will do that if joints get worse. I was just curious if I needed to supplement. I'm only 31 and am normally a very energetic person with next to no health issues.

Would be my uninformed guess that it may be oxalates. And time. I don't know how much dairy you consume, but you might want to cut back some. I just use heavy cream when I want something in my coffee. Some cheeses and sour cream. But not all the time. ... I think I've had two blood works done in 60 years. Don't plan on having another for another 40. 🙂 ... I do take vit D3 as I'm not in the sun much. Does it help? I think it does, and it's cheap.

Try cutting dairy for 10 days see if you notice a difference.

Blood work so you have a Baseline where you are and 6 months check again.

I told my cardiologist to get bent, ie; shove the statins sideways up his ass with a rusty pipe.

You hire the Dr not to listen to their rhetoric on cholesterol but to do their job correctly.

I would lean towards oxalate dumping as well. I just looked over your post history. You started carnivore around mid-September, about 6 weeks ago. So, if you were going to start experiencing oxylate dumping, the timing is about right.

I would also stretch, do some walking or working out, etc. OR, if you have been doing this, maybe you feel sore as a result and just need to rest up for a day or two.

But if coffee is still consumed, which is high in oxalates, can it really be oxalate dumping? I am of the understanding that oxalate dumping happens if you quit consuming them all together.

You asked specifically about supplements and a blood test could tell you if you are deficient in something. I’m not a big advocate of taking supplements unless you are treating something specific

I think you are on the right track to cut out dairy as a possible culprit and if that doesn’t help then look at the pork.

I'm no expert in any field, but I have a small jar with some hard earned kidney stones in it. And have had a few bouts with gout. (poet? ha ) Haven't had any since the late 20teens when I started bettering my diet with keto then on to karnivore. Gout is like having a kidney stone in your foot, only you don't get the prize when it's over. Maybe I've never had the actual dumping, but I do know I no longer have aches in my feet or joints.
