  1. I suggest you call upon your inner Harry Potter and add that to your arsenal.
  2. I loved that thing with all my heart. Until a parked car decided to swing their door open without looking, and I briefly learned how to fly. It was all over when I hit the ground. Motor cycles and my beautiful little bike. Since my auto-immune disease involves fusing of bones (Bechterew Disease/Ankylosing Spondylitis) I did not want to risk breaking a bone and having it warp. I broke my finger once, and it is crooked now, lots of built up around the original break. After that I stuck with my beautiful blacked out Alfa Romeo. Safe and sound with seatbelts and all. I guess I'm not a rebel after all lol.
  3. High fructose corn syrup should be next.
  4. Unfortunately, we cannot have chickens in our town. I do have a chicken coup.
  5. Hey that is good news, glad for you. I guess I can afford not to look at numbers since I never had that heart attack or high blood pressure. I've had my dealings with an auto immune disease, and you tend to go by how you feel. At the end of the day, you do whatever you have to do to stick with it, make it fun if you have to. I can tell you're excited, and that is a good place to be. Many people are discouraged or having a hard time adjusting. You having been keto off and on certainly help, as your body switched easier from fat to carb.
  6. As soon as we got constitutional carry here in Ohio, that is when I got one. A Glock 42 for IWB carry, and a little Walther PPK for the fun.
  7. The last thing I drove back in the day, just to get around in the city. Fun little ride.
  8. I don't do numbers but I hope they are getting better for you.
  9. I was but a mere 49 years old when I discovered this, thanks to @Geezy. I use both coconut oil and butter. Butter for a bit more thicker experience. Coconut oil for a bit more silkier venture. Still haven't gotten rid of the stevia as I used to drink my coffee with a load of sugar.
  10. I use both the blender and a milk frothing wand. Game. Changer.
  11. Scary looking rifle sir, is that one of those assault thingies? Hehe.
  12. Hello and welcome. The bowel movements may last a while, from 2 weeks to two month, I'd say. You really want to track what you eat so you can see what does what. You'll see quickly if you eat too much fat, or protein.
  13. I am writing that down.
  14. Gives them time to find loopholes. That's what they need to call their next cereal. Loopholes.
  15. I should have known this. You can hop in a helicopter, wrapped in the American flag, using that as a parachute, as you shoot a critter with a minigun.
  16. Can't hunt with a 30 round magazine? What round do you hunt with? I've got a S&W Sport II 5.56, but that is my post-alarm system rather than a hunting rifle. Maybe one of these days I'll go hunting. Amazing catch and congratulations. I like your hunting updates. I've bagged a handful of groundhogs over the summer but merely because they were a pest and were digging under the foundation of my shed. Did not eat them.
  17. This is true. I think once I start to drink decaf on the regular, that is when I'll consider giving up drinking coffee. On the other hand, it was 15 degrees the other day and it was nice to have a hot drink.
  18. As a certified rebel in my own little world, I possess the authority to determine who and who is not, a rebel, good sir!
  19. Recall and class action lawsuit imo.
  20. https://www.dispatch.com/story/news/2025/01/15/fda-ban-red-dye-3-list-foods-drinks/77721518007/ "The removal is in response to a color additive petition filed in 2022 by advocates who claim the additive is linked to cancer and behavioral problems in children, USA TODAY reports. Manufacturers who use Red No. 3 in food will have until Jan. 15, 2027, to change their products, according to Wednesday's FDA announcement, while those who use the dye in drugs will have until Jan. 18, 2028." While it is good to see change such as this, one has to wonder; why did it take so long? Of course for most this is but a rhetorical question as we know the answer quite well. In the US, eating is spending, consuming, an entertainment for our taste buds first, and second comes the question of nutrition and the consequences of said entertainment. The FDA has been trying to change it corrupt and parasitical image with the arrival of JFK Jr. and his message; make America healthy again. For decades we've been eating this and feeding it to our children. It's criminal. On carnivore, it is not only carbohydrates we avoid, but these nasty food colorings that are linked to cancer and the blocking of hormones. It's been in our schools... what a scary thought. And we wonder why half of the kids don't know what they are anymore (in terms of gender). (Nothing to do with preference, nor meaning to be hateful towards ones preference).
  21. Youtube still holding on to that censorship. Can they not at least pretend to be pro free speech like the Zuck? Youtube has been neutered for quite some time now. Nick Norwitz had a video flagged because it was anti-science.
  22. "Do not go gentle into that good night, Old age should burn and rave at close of day; Rage, rage against the dying of the light..."
  23. Yes, it is quite an observation isn't it? The programming is targeted at children, just look at the cereal isle.
