I’ve noticed several newcomers to this lifestyle tend to get confused about what they can eat or get bored with just eating the same old thing over and over and then there’s some that just don’t have much imagination around food and in the kitchen.

Well this is a thread for everyone to post what they eat each day.

It doesn’t matter if it’s something you eat day in and day out or if it’s something that’s unique but still in the spectrum of carnivore, post it up. It may help inspire someone to stick with their diet plan and reach their goals by introducing something new to their diet.

So, What did you eat today?

I had a couple small sirloins last night, about 20oz worth. I've been making them solely on the stovetop in my new cast-iron pan, cooked medium (typical for me). I recently bought some Maldon's salt flakes, the kind Dr. Baker uses, and have been using pretty much just that instead of my usual seasonings and I must say, I am a fan.

We downgraded to top sirloin this week because the wife is tired of cutting around the fat on the NY Strips, lol.

Love me some Maldon’s. I use both the flakes and the smoked.

Finished off the lamb I smoked the other day while making four pounds of liverwurst.

the liver came from a steer that my daughter just had processed the other day. Her and her family don’t eat organs so I always get the liver, heart and kidneys.

Lamb loin chops. The ones that look like miniature T-bone steaks. I get them from Sam's and ate the whole package.

Cooked a 1/2 pound of sausage with an egg. 1lb of hamburger with an egg. A pound of ground pork with one egg.

Each layer covered in cheese and then cheese on the top. Baked for about ten minutes at 325.

Probably should have did a better job draining the grease so it would 'bake' better. But I will go with the high fat content.

It is holding me thru the nightshift.
