Finally the winter is gone! Second day out.

I need and love my two wheel therapy & exercise.

Bike has lost 10 kg (new Ti/carbon exhaust), rider had lost 20+ kg.... suspension feels better.

Lookin good brother.

I never owned a motorcycle and never really had the urge to ride.

I do enjoy looking at them, especially the older Harley Davidsons.

Went out to buy one, but came home with a truck. With my condition it just takes one fall.

I've entertained the idea of learning to ride a motorcycle. My wife isn't keen on the idea though.

I have a friend who rides all the time, and he actually discouraged it on the basis that I am 49, and it would have been different if I had been riding since I was a teenager as it would be second nature. But being older, I would be more likely to have poorer reaction time or midjudge scenarios simply from lack of experience.

And with so many idiots on the road, and these idiots have phones.... it's a much more dangerous venture now, this riding a bike. Almost a poor decision. The roads have changed.

Lotta truth to that and they just don’t care.

There are just as many idiots on two wheels. I drive a commercial vehicle, I see a lot of stupid.

If you drive a car you have a basic understanding of traffic.

Take a motorbike riding course and see how it feels. I have a professional teacher friend, sometimes people in their 60's start riding motorbikes. I still go to courses every now and then to sharpen up. Track practise days, slow riding, all kinds of practise.

I had a bike break from 20 to 30 years. Then another break from 40 to 50. 62 now and my bike goes 200+ mph. I still prefer sportsbikes, I have had Harley and Guzzi cruisers, Honda enduros, 20+ bikes altogether, sometimes three different at once.

I recommend motorbikes to everyone. Riding clears your mind in a way nothing else does. And it is very good exercise.

Haha! It's not carb though,it's FI. I've had the speedo needle at 340 km/h, probably closer to 310 km/h in reality.

A 2000 Kawasaki ZX -12R. Akrapovic full exhaust, 190 RWHP. Old & fast. I also have a 2001 version in green.

I grew up with a whole family of parents and both sides aunts/uncles riding and even had a mini bike as a kid but i still took the MOTORCYCLE SAFETY course when I got mine and I'm here to tell you it saved my life.

Once I find the pic I'll upload my 3rd bike I had wasn't as sexy as my 2nd.

I ride a 2015 Can-Am Spyder F3-S (white). I've owned 5 Spyders since 2008 (first year). I love them! Lost my original 2008 last year to fire (blue). The red one is my husband's. I did learn to ride on two-wheelers and had a couple of cruisers and a Ninja 250.
