I’ve noticed several newcomers to this lifestyle tend to get confused about what they can eat or get bored with just eating the same old thing over and over and then there’s some that just don’t have much imagination around food and in the kitchen.

Well this is a thread for everyone to post what they eat each day.

It doesn’t matter if it’s something you eat day in and day out or if it’s something that’s unique but still in the spectrum of carnivore, post it up. It may help inspire someone to stick with their diet plan and reach their goals by introducing something new to their diet.

So, What did you eat today?

Did you make the carnivore bread? Interested.

Scott

Yes it’s really simple. Just three ingredients.

I used some cinnamon in mine and it wasn’t eggy tasting and I couldn’t taste the pork rind panko. It did come out very moist which made it hard to toast I had to run it through my toaster twice at the highest setting to get it to toast. It would probably be easier to just pan fry it. I liked it enough that I’ll be making it again but I’ll try using just one stick of butter next time.

OMAD today

2 big Aldi seasoned pub burgers on the flat top with swiss cheese on each.

a few grilled asparagus spears from the garden (probably the last for this year)

a few pork rinds

a small wedge of my carnivore cheesecake.

I'm still not hungry 10 hours later. Not sure how some of you are eating the large amounts of food that you consume??

I also smoked and then slow cooked a chuck roast like Geezy suggested the other night. That will be for tomorrow's meal. it smells great in our house today!

Some venison burger, the last of it I’m afraid. Some venison backstrap, a slice of Carni bread and four eggs.

This evening I made 2 pounds of liverwurst out of lamb liver and I just put a pork butt in the crockpot for mañana.

9am 3 fried eggs 3 strips of bacon

Noon Ground beef with saco seasoning (probably won't do that again because it made me hungrier than normal, I really wanted a snack afterwards)

6p.m 6-8oz of chuck steak. 1st time using the pit boss. I smoked it for about half hour first. Two chicken thighs

One more slice of bacon as I was cleaning up the kitchen.

Decaf with light cream throughout the day. Ending at 8pm

pound of ground beef with 5 fried eggs laid on top. I poured the grease over top and then added a couple stabs of butter.

Looking down into the bowl it was not the most appealing looking dish, but it sure did taste good.

It was a struggle and I had to take a break. I have a little left to finish later tonight.

How did the pit boss work out for you? I'm always looking to replace my old crappy Traeger (1st gen unit, NO heat above 325'!)

Once again I have to say, I don't know how you folks are eating these large quantities of chow. If I make 3 eggs and 3 strips of bacon I'm done for at least 12 hours or more. I know total body size and caloric needs are all different among people but ............ I will admit though "True confessions - My name is Terry and I'm a lazy ass" 😂

I'm not sure what I'm eating today . In an effort to eliminate Teflon like products from my life We went to Target yesterday and I picked up this new ceramic coated cast iron pan. It will probably be some bacon and eggs to break it in. I've never cooked on ceramic before - Any tips from the group?

3 eggs and 3 strips of bacon doesn't really fill me up the way 8 oz of beef does. But 8oz of beef at nine would last me till about 3. Then the hunger pangs start up again.

It's all better than the leptin resistance feeling I get from carbs tho.

If I ate as much as Scott listed here I'd get sick, but I'm only 5'7"
