I tenderized the last two gristley Ribeyes I had. And fixed a four eggs omelet. The Ribeyes Came in in a four pack. I'm glad that's over. Saving a dollar isn't always good. lol

Nemo, I dunno if you can have it, but I sometimes smear sour cream over my hamburger steaks. Or blue cheese when I have it. It adds a lil something something to it.

Doesn't butter instantly melts during cooking leaving the ground beef just as sad and dry as it used to be before you added it?

I don’t add it during cooking but after it’s done and on the plate. Like dipping lobster in butter.

I made me a fatboy dough pizza, with ground beef and cheese and bacon, it turned out good.

Sounds delicious!

I haven't had a fatboy dough pizza since I switched from keto to carnivore. I used to make mine with shredded cheese, egg, and almond flour.

Yep,I think melted butter is one of the best sauces for meat. And veg if you like. I add garlic, oregano, black pepper etc when I'm melting it. Let boil just a tad.

And this "sauce" can be tuned with blue cheese,Parmesan, anything.

Looks delicous!

I got hit with Covid yesterday. I did have eggs and sausage in the morning (a routine thing for me), and then later in the day I Door-Dash'ed a Wendy's Baconator with no bun, because I was too dizzy to stand up and do any cooking.

Today I am feeling better than yesterday

Get well my brother, plenty of liquids, bring a nice size pot of water to a roaring boil, then let it simmer, it will vaporize the house, covid does not like heat.

Thank you. I can’t really eat anymore either, I have gone a couple of days without. I think that it the the of our eating, but I love it. Do you drink bulletproof coffee?

Yes, I love bulletproof coffee, right now I make my own but there is a brand, Bulletproof and I love their MCT oil, so I will try the coffee and creamer next.  Last week, I went about 4 days without eating, just coffee but I could not eat, and when I do I can only eat a small portion or else I get nauseated. My doctor follows me closely, all of my labs are great, A1C 5.1 last time we did blood work. I feel fine, I can walk, food is just not a main priority anymore.  I love eggs but they are coming close to an end, at least scramble anyway. You can reach out to me anytime and we can chat.

I can’t do the pepper as it’s too inflammatory but the bleu cheese in butter is the bomb on steaks.

Today was time to eat dinner, I had a 48 hour mini-fast. Water only.

I got 1000 kcal exercise today too, felt great all day. Hopefully this meal compensates for most of it. I did not calculate yet.

Not enough fat, too many carbs, I know. I even forgot to add butter... I just did not want bacon now.

    • "Marching into March with Much Motivation"

For this months challenge, we are going to support each other in our efforts to get up and move. Spring is in the air. The weather is getting better. Get out there and MOVE! Go for walks, hike some trails if they aren't too muddy. Or just make a goal to get on the treadmill or lift some weights more than usual throughout the month. Get in the habit now, and we just might have beach bodies when summer officially hits, lol.

Just like before, we encourage you to check in daily, and share what you have eaten, perhaps a weigh-in if you're willing, and enjoy in some small talk.

The March drawing will be for a 4-pack of Carnivore Bars!

Every Reply in this topic will count as an entry for this month's prize drawing. Back-to-back posts count as 1 entry as a counter to spamming.

Attending Monday night zoom also counts as a bonus entry. Being a supporter of our YouTube channel also gives you an entry.

    • Today is February 1st and marks the first day of "National Fasting February" - and yes, this is a thing. Google it!

For this month's challenge, we are going to support each other in our efforts to practice various forms of fasting throughout the month. The type of fasting you wish to do is entirely up to you. We are going to encourage INTERMITTENT FASTING, that is to put it simply, skipping a meal so that you are only eating 2 meals a day instead of the traditional 3 meals a day. The goal is to enjoy these meals within an 8 hour "feasting window" and then no food in the remaining 16 hours "fasting window" (in which 8 of those hours you should be sleeping).

An example is waking up at 7am, but waiting until 11am-noon for your first meal, and then having dinner at 6-7pm for your 2nd meal. Other people prefer to eat a breakfast, then a mid-day lunch, and skip dinner.

If you want to throw in a 24, 48, or 72 hour fast just to show off by all mean do so, lol.
