I’ve noticed several newcomers to this lifestyle tend to get confused about what they can eat or get bored with just eating the same old thing over and over and then there’s some that just don’t have much imagination around food and in the kitchen.

Well this is a thread for everyone to post what they eat each day.

It doesn’t matter if it’s something you eat day in and day out or if it’s something that’s unique but still in the spectrum of carnivore, post it up. It may help inspire someone to stick with their diet plan and reach their goals by introducing something new to their diet.

So, What did you eat today?

I felt like shaking things up tonight, lol. So I had my own chicken fajitas, using Egg Life wraps, with sour cream, Carolina reaper & ghost pepper shredded cheese, with bacon. It was pretty tasty.... and pretty toasty hot too, lol

Sounds like it would have been a good time to have Carni Ice Cream for dessert. 🫠

A sour cream chaffle

some ham on a slice of swiss cheese

A few strips of ribeye that my wife couldn't finish

and a piece of carnivore cheeseburger casserole (Emma Man's recipe from her website). We've made this for a 2nd time already and it's really handy to have it in the fridge, ready to eat.

So the next day, on my way to the Columbus Meat-Up, I had to stop 3 times for an emergency use of a bathroom, lol. I think it was the carolina reaper and ghost pepper cheese.

I still have some left, so I will be able to test this theory here in a few days. It may be that I have lost my tolerance for tasty hot stuff.

Celebrating 4 years today as a carnivore with these ribeye beauties.

I put them on the smoker frozen and then let the smoke do it's magic for 3 or 4 hours. Then flash grill them at 475' to 500' for just a few minutes per side. Done this trick several times now and always get a nice rare center. I just used (lots of) salt for seasoning.

It's going to be a happy OMAD for today 🥩classic_smile

Maybe I should try OMAD!!!!!!

Coffee and 1 pack of instant grits, I know but I was able to get it down. Ok, I don't possess a grill so can someone give me or tell me how to cook my ribeye, tender but not raw and not burnt.

TIA

preheat oven 220F......temp probe to desired wellness 20-30 mins

EZ get skillet (cast iron preferred or stainless) rippin hot, sear the fat first , yup it's not apartment friendly cookin so make sure you have windows open.

Once fat is crispy brown color sear the other sides then throw skillet with 2 steaks maximum in preheated oven.
