What Did You Eat Today?

1 ribeye for whole day. 

Hopefully my digestive system is back on track and in sync with metabolism.

Was out hunting all day so I just fasted.

Got up early this morning so I ate early with a bacon and cheese omelette. 
Tgen I slow smoked this beauty for 12 hours. Pork butt, it’s what’s for dinner.

Fried liverwurst and scrambled eggs. Good stuff if you like liverwurst.

2 lbs leftover smoked roast.

Two chuck steaks and a four egg omelet. And a large cup of freshly ground and pressed coffee. Sometimes it just hits the spot.

Lamb loin chops. The ones that look like miniature T-bone steaks. I get them from Sam's and ate the whole package.

Cooked a 1/2 pound of sausage with an egg. 1lb of hamburger with an egg. A pound of ground pork with one egg.

Each layer covered in cheese and then cheese on the top. Baked for about ten minutes at 325.

Probably should have did a better job draining the grease so it would 'bake' better. But I will go with the high fat content.

It is holding me thru the nightshift.

Forgot to post last night.

I ate 3 meals.

Fried eggs with 1/3  a top round steak.

Hamburger soup.

The remainder of the top round steak.

8 oz leftover ribeye this morning and looking like bacon and eggs for dinner since I didn't thaw anything.

Yesterday was seared chuck eye for dinner. Stewed top rounds steak with sour cream for lunch with a small piece of cheese toast ( it hard being the cook)

Breakfast was bacon and decaf.

Dinner was the remainder of the beef stroganoff soup. 

Fried eggs and sausage links. 

Ham and Swiss omelette

28 oz of ribeyes last night moving to lamb once I get milk.

I’m going to be eating later because I’m getting a blood test tomorrow so I’m shooting for a 12 hour fasting window.
