16 eggs/day, cooked in grass fed butter.  ️  5 cups and electrolytes all day about 1.5 liter

Last night was Sirloin and Shrimp.

Breakfast lately has been a 4-egg omelette with sausage, sour cream, and a few banana peppers for some zing.

Yes I am but I fell off yesterday added pork butt and belly and turkey.

It was a feast today. 
Smoked some ribeyes, venison burgers and venison German sausage. 

Along with that I added some venison summer sausage with jalapenos and cheese.
