What Did You Eat Today?

I’ve noticed several newcomers to this lifestyle tend to get confused about what they can eat or get bored with just eating the same old thing over and over and then there’s some that just don’t have much imagination around food and in the kitchen.

Well this is a thread for everyone to post what they eat each day.

It doesn’t matter if it’s something you eat day in and day out or if it’s something that’s unique but still in the spectrum of carnivore, post it up. It may help inspire someone to stick with their diet plan and reach their goals by introducing something new to their diet.

So, What did you eat today?

I ran across some skins at Walmart, made by Macs and they are pure skins, this is what I ate, and they are very filling, I was just wondering if anyone has heard of them? They are an acquired taste, but I love them.

I spent Thursday night through Sunday morning with friends (2 other families) at a cabin we rented at Hocking Hills, Ohio.

Thursday was chicken legs, chicken thighs, brats, and italian sausages.
Friday was steak and Shrimp.
Saturday was smash burgers.

I did have some small portions of fruit that my wife brought (which is something I don't mind eating from time to time, usually on special occasions like this).

Chicken gizzards (my first time trying)

And how was it? I've never had a chicken gizzard.

This morning I had a 3 egg omelet cooked in tallow with sausage, pepper jack cheese, and sour cream

Gizzard cooked correctly can still be a bit chewy.

Will be continuing my 12-18 eggs through this summer.

Wanting to feel the cholesterol plug my arteries 🤣😅😂

It was chewy but had a nice flavor to it. I put salt, pepper, and garlic powder on them.

Tonight I made shaved beef steak from fresh not frozen. Shaved as in Philly Steak style. I seasoned it with garlic and onion powder and some salt, and had it with mozzerella cheese and sour cream. No wraps or anything.

The wife and I think we have that cyclospora, so even SHE did not want any vegetables tonight. Maybe the outbreak of this parasite will make her a carnivore, lol.

So far just bulletproof coffee, I am headed to the kitchen to prepare some chaffles and have a sausage and cheese sandwich.

Off topic, sort of. I am going to make some homemade peanut butter, and I also want to start making my own mayo, any suggestions?
