I’ve noticed several newcomers to this lifestyle tend to get confused about what they can eat or get bored with just eating the same old thing over and over and then there’s some that just don’t have much imagination around food and in the kitchen.

Well this is a thread for everyone to post what they eat each day.

It doesn’t matter if it’s something you eat day in and day out or if it’s something that’s unique but still in the spectrum of carnivore, post it up. It may help inspire someone to stick with their diet plan and reach their goals by introducing something new to their diet.

Started the day with a simple chaffle, but I sinned and put a little maple syrup on it 😄.

The wife's family makes maple syrup and we help out in the woods so we always get a jar full. At least it's natural

1/2 lb of ribeye for lunch

A burger patty for right now

Some reuteri yogurt later, right before bed

and then we are done for the day.

This is the rare "three meals" kind of day.

Up and smokin' at 6am along with an early morning firepit session followed by a 20 mile bike ride into the local library.

Now I'm hoping to stay up till around 10pm.

I just sat down for the first time for today at 6:30pm and I can feel the eyelids getting heavy 🤣

The ribs were good and the salmon was fabulous!

No walking but it's a replay of this past week 8 eggs and 1/2 lb bacon adding redmond hickory smoked salt on my eggs tho
