I’ve noticed several newcomers to this lifestyle tend to get confused about what they can eat or get bored with just eating the same old thing over and over and then there’s some that just don’t have much imagination around food and in the kitchen.

Well this is a thread for everyone to post what they eat each day.

It doesn’t matter if it’s something you eat day in and day out or if it’s something that’s unique but still in the spectrum of carnivore, post it up. It may help inspire someone to stick with their diet plan and reach their goals by introducing something new to their diet.

So, What did you eat today?

Found a 3 pack of NY strip on clearance at Wally world this morning. Salted them down for a few hours and then cold smoked them for 3 hours, then flash grilled them for a few minutes. I ate one and the wife had another. one left for Sunday.

We ate KETO today. grilled up asparagus fresh from our garden along with the steaks.

Plus some homemade L-shirota yogurt

Sunday's nutrition was

1 grilled pork chop

1 ham and swiss rollup

A far amount of decaf

L-Shirota yogurt

We also did a 40 mile bike ride in just under 3 hours and the last 10 miles was in a downpour 🌧️ and as soon as we got home the 🌞 came out - Figures, right?

Today will be Smoked/grilled brats and smoked spam. If I'm still hungry tonight I'll grill a couple of smash burgers but I'll probably be full yet from lunch. We do not eat large quantities anymore.

and of course 2 cups of regular and then onto decaf coffee (it's like plasma to me 🤣)

Do not do this at home.

I air fried about 6 pounds of beef fat/suet to make a snack bag.

This is a horrible idea.

It made a pint or more of tallow which is good.

The air fried fat tasted absolutely amazing. I was really impressed.

The drawback is that regardless the size of the bag it turns out these are single serving portions.

I just about had to hide them from myself. LOL

Really easy process.
