I’ve noticed several newcomers to this lifestyle tend to get confused about what they can eat or get bored with just eating the same old thing over and over and then there’s some that just don’t have much imagination around food and in the kitchen.

Well this is a thread for everyone to post what they eat each day.

It doesn’t matter if it’s something you eat day in and day out or if it’s something that’s unique but still in the spectrum of carnivore, post it up. It may help inspire someone to stick with their diet plan and reach their goals by introducing something new to their diet.

So, What did you eat today?

Last night the wife and I went to Red Lobster. We hadn't been there in ages.

For an appetizer, I had 4 giant sea scallops wrapped in bacon. My main course was one of their new seafood boils. It was pretty tasty and definitely a valiant effort on the part of Red Lobster, but I still must give the edge to another local place we frequent called A+ Crab.

I had a brat for lunch and 2 pieces of carnivore garlic bread (almost zero carb)

later on I will cruise through some leftovers in the fridge and i'll also enjoy a little L-reuteri yogurt.

15-20 grams of Creatine and a couple of oregano oil capsules were consumed today also. I've added these into my daily nutrition for a while as an experiment to knock out my MS. I've used oregano oil in the past but not three times per day and I'm only 4 days into the creatine (new user of that). The MS fight goes on (and on and on and on....) 😂. Carny has been great for my MS so far, but I want it GONE! I'm always searching for that answer to life's problems 🤔 and one day maybe I will find it

I didn't think Red Blobster was even around anymore. Milwaukee may have one left (there used to be 3 or 4 of them) but now at this point in my life I won't be driving into an active shooting range!

Well we were out doing some furniture shopping over in Ft. Worth around noon and came upon a bbq joint that had a sign that said “All You Can Eat, $26.00”. Now if that don’t turn on a carnivore I don’t know what will. Yeah buddy, you can guess what I had to eat today. Ribs, brisket and sausage. Over and over and over again.

To say I got my monies worth would be an understatement. I kinda feel like this now.

Ahi tuna salad with pork rinds.

Then I still had some munchies do I tried something different. I had heard of someone dipping their pork rinds in melted butter so I thought id try a slightly different approach and just spread some butter on them like a soft cheese.

Let me tell you what…that was delicious. Almost decadent. That will be a go to snack for now on. Great way to get that extra fat in.

What I do sometimes is when I've fried up a few pounds of bacon and I have a large amount of bacon fat leftover I'll re-fry pork rinds in the bacon grease. That WILL bump up your fat macro for sure 😅. My wife doesn't like 'em like that so more for me 👍

I often say that I just eat for nutrition these days but when I eat like this I have to rethink that idea. I do love me some fresh chorizo.

Stopped by the carniceria today and picked up some fresh made chorizo and a bunch of tablitas.

So today it was chorizo and 4 eggs cooked in the grease from the cooked chorizo. Yum!
