I’ve noticed several newcomers to this lifestyle tend to get confused about what they can eat or get bored with just eating the same old thing over and over and then there’s some that just don’t have much imagination around food and in the kitchen.

Well this is a thread for everyone to post what they eat each day.

It doesn’t matter if it’s something you eat day in and day out or if it’s something that’s unique but still in the spectrum of carnivore, post it up. It may help inspire someone to stick with their diet plan and reach their goals by introducing something new to their diet.

So, What did you eat today?

Breaking the fast tonight at work.

Some shredded beef (I guess intended for nachos or tacos....it was marked down, and I cleaned out the marked down section of most everything on Manager's Special.)

My wife is not a fan of the marked down items but in some stores it is called 'aged' and they jack the price up. LOL

Aldi's brand... Wasn't that special.

Those 2 sentences may be more related to each other than you might think, lol.

Aldi has its place in the carny world, along with Walmart. When a person wants to get their nutrition from this WOE and they are not wealthy, these two places can at least allow them to do just that. I've purchased some pretty good meat at Aldi. Their ground beef in the one pound packs is very good. My wife thinks their bacon is great. If it wasn't for Walmart clearance sales on meat I'm not sure how we could swing this WOE. You cannot expect "Fine Dining" quality but they can get you close.
