This week has been rather repetitive. I buy eggs and NY strips in bulk, and the wife is refusing steak, lol.

So literally every day I have had eggs and sauage for breakfast, and a NY Strip for dinner. I've been skipping lunch or just having a beef stick to hold me over, which is basically the pattern I had when I lost a bunch of weight while my ankle was broken.

I'm 5 lbs down as of this morning, at 172, which is officially 60 lbs down now and the lowest I have seen on the scale.
